Export PSD or SVG

Hi, I am not sure if this is possible or already made
Is there a way to export layers as a Photoshop file or a
vector file (SVG)?

With transparency?

I think this would benefit everyone, not only me.
This is merely a script idea.

I don't want to ask someone to make script for me.
I don't want that.
