Line width in character wizard

Line width in character wizard
I've made some custom character elements (head, eyes, etc) but when I import them in via character wizard it seems all line width variations get lost. The overall line width saves but I like to give each point in a line a different width (more pointy at the ends, for example). Is there a way to have this info transferred over when creating custom characters via the character wizard?
