When you select the "export animation" tab under the file menu you should be able to just click the output format button and select quicktime. At least thats what I have mine set to. My movies save as .mov files. Is that the format you're looking for?

Hi Cucumihai,
I had your same problem but when I read the manual I find that:

"QuickTIme: (Mac and 32-bit version of Anime
Studio for Windows only, not available in Anime
Studio 64-bit Windows). Saves the movie in
QuickTime (mov) format."
(Users manual page 309)

You can switch between modes from
File > Relaunch in 32- bit Mode
