Head Turn Issue

I've been attempting to create my first rig today. And I've hit upon an issue with creating a head turn using Smart Bones. It appears to be working ok when I'm in the actions edit screen... but as soon as I'm on the main canvas its not working as intended. You can see/download my anime file here...

poop...I just got around to it and I can't it was done in Anime Studio 10 I believe and I have Anime Studio 9.5...suck

BTW, I tried out AS 10 and could do nothing with it. So I went back to 9.5 and everything worked fine. It's been a struggle for me to have come this far in 3 months. AS has a very steep learning curve and I feel your pain. But persistence will pay off.

I would do something with the hair. It should move with the head.

The eyes need work, you have smart bones that do nothing.

I pushed the arms in front of the character.
