Setting Limitation of Frames to 10.000 and more

Post by JonnyPoet »

How do i produce a Video longer then 2 minutes using Anime Studio 9.5 debut. I tried to Change the timeline up to more then 3000 Frames (which is aproximate 2 minutes only ) but it always is set back to 3000. Is this a bug or do I something wrong. I'm trying to create animated tutorials for different purposes and each Video Needs maybe 20 to 30 miutes. So how do I ?

Debut has a 3000 frames limit.

It is recommended you do short scenes as separate projects in AS and assemble the rendered video clips in a video editor.
AS 9.5 MacPro Quadcore 3GHz 16GB OS 10.6.8 Quicktime 7.6.6
AS 11 MacPro 12core 3GHz 32GB OS 10.11 Quicktime 10.7.3

It's unlimited but even in Pro most people would render out each shot separately and compile in a video editor. I wouldn't even consider doing a 20 minute animation as one single file in any animation software.

Anything longer than 20 seconds is a pain in the ass to navigate in AS (same is true for any other animation software). That's why you avoid longer scenes in one take.
