Export a high quality mobile friendly animation

Post by Equalrights4animals »

When I go to export animation, there are several different file format options. Which of those would 1, be high quality, and 2, be available to mobile viewers if I upload it to YouTube? Also if I exported animation scenes and edited them together in windows movie maker before uploading the project to YouTube how would that affect what file format I should use? Things still need to be high quality and available to viewers on mobile.

There's also a slew of videos on YouTube itself about this very topic.
