How do I create a keyframe for a color?

Post by Poptoogi »

I'm working on my character creator and I want to switch the color of an assigned style (skin color) immediately within the span of one frame within the main timeline. I was able to do it with one color style I have because it already had a fill shape keyframe in the first frame but I honestly don't know how I created it. Basically I'm asking how do you set a keyframe for colors?

First "enable animated layer effects", then change the colour in a frame other than 0.

no need to enable animated layer effects .. just select the shape in the timeline and choose a new fill / stroke colour and whatever interpolation mode you want. usual keyframe principles apply..
