Where are the floating windows???

Where the the floating windows? Since updating to AS11 when I detach the layers window it just disappears but it use to become a floating window. I need this because when I lip sync it's easier to place this window next to my character and then pick my phonemes really fast. It is counter productive to have the window stuck to the bottom right side of my screen. Anyone know how to fix this? Any help would be appreciated!

Also, on another completely different note, has anyone had trouble with flexi binding work on imported characters from earlier versions of AS? I'm finding I'm having to re rig a lot of stuff on my older files. Anyone else having this problem???

Easy to miss, especially if you're use to an older version of AS.
