I don't believe there's any way to constrain the camera to a stroke end in Moho, not like you can in other programs anyway. The way I would do this in another program is to create a null or particle emitter 'drawing' the line, and the camera would be parented to it. AFAIK, this is not possible in Moho.
My guess is that you're going to need to pan the camera manually. That's probably going to look better anyway because, IMO, if you follow the tip of the drawn strokes rigidly, it might look strange, like a locked point emitting a line rather being drawn and moving forward.

I have a method for tracking stroke exposure. I had posted it, but then I realized I could write a script to do it automatically. I'll post it when it's done.
