No motion blur on camera panning and zooming?

Post by animas3D »

Hello everybody,

I seem to be able to enable motion blur on shapes and character movement. But when I animate the camera panning or zooming, there seems to be no resultant motion blur on that. Is that normal? Is there a way to enable or disable motion blur caused by camera movement?

Thank you.

I haven't found it yet and assume there is no such option. Happy to be proven wrong, though.

If you revert the setup and, instead of moving the camera, put all artwork into a group layer and move and scale this, you should be able to switch on motion blur for this layer. It will lead to longer render times, of course. Blur FX in a video editor are a bit faster for this purpose.
