rotating layers

Hi I have put several texts into a bone layer in order to rotate them to give the impression of a record being played. I am rotating the text at -5 increments, if I get to 360 rotation can I copy that amount of frames and paste so it goes around twice or more within a 10 second period or do I have to continue to rotate the text image for the amount of frames need?

Whatever method you like, they all work.
Usually I do a 360° rotation, set the first key to linear to get a constant rotation, then set the last key to cycle/loop. Careful not to include the first key in that loop or you'll get a visible stop.
