The way it reads is:

what I need: everything
what I offer: nothing
what you will be paid: If I get popular and make money from your work then I might consider paying you.

If you want COLLABORATORS, then frequent the forums, establish some credibility here and then see if anyone is interested. I'm all for collaboration, but not with complete strangers and collaboration doesn't usually involve working FOR your collaborator.

If you want EMPLOYEES, then offer some reasonable compensation. Anyone who would work for you for nothing would do better to work for themselves if no alternative and more beneficial (financially or otherwise) opportunities are available.

I don't mean to be rude, I mean to be real - you're not the first to make this sort of request, and you won't be the last.

Now, don't take this the wrong way, but...

Were you, say, Spielberg, the opportunity to work for you, even unpaid, might be worth its weight in gold on a CV. For you, as a stranger to the forum, and presumably lacking the real world clout of, say, Spielberg, the value proposition is non-existent. Your only hope in getting a whole team of disciples (or even just one) to do you dirty work for free is by making them fall in love with your idea, for which you've not made a case at all.

Get people fired up about your show first, and you might find some willing collaborators eventually...
