Looking for a freelance animator

Hey guys,
I am looking for an animator to bring to life an animation depicting an interview of a person as a cartoon character - the animation lasts about 5 minutes. I have the character drawn and boned but now I am needing the voice files lip synced and the character's body animating to the audio. It is all one character in one scene.

There is the potential for more work.
