2d cartoon production

I am looking for animators.
I will provice full story, with storyboard. All I need is someone to make a very nice animation.
Each animation will be about 22-30 min in length

(I hardly dare ask this question...ha ha...because I have a good idea what the answer is going to be, but here goes): How will you be paying these animators?

Would be good know who is coming up with the backgrounds and character design, voice breakdown if synced, the animation style (simple/complex), who is doing the render etc. All this affects whether people are prepared to through resources at it.

The lack of country detail, working arrangements, timescale etc would be good to correct.

And jahnocli is right, saying if this is a paid gig, backend share or out and out free work needs to be said.
