Hi.
I am new here. I have a question and i'd love someone with experience to answer.
I am just working on an animation project. 1-minute animated shorts for TV. I just hired an indian company who did the first one in flash. Three characters, no sound, no lipsinc. Included character design, storyboard and animation. $250.
I just got it. It is very good! I want to re-hire them for new projects, similar to this, but first i would like to know if their price is good/expensive/cheap. Since this seems the beggining of a long-term relationship, and because i have NO idea about the real-life prices for animation, i would like to know how good price is this.
Also, i am about to start a new project. This is a little different, it's an animated short film, 20 minutes. I am looking right now for Anime Studio Pro animations, they are sooo sweet, animation quality is better than the indian company offered (regular flash)... maybe i'd chose to look someone else to do it in ASP, or to colaborate at least.
