Undocked toolbox disappears on dual monitors

Wasn't sure where to post this, hope this is the right place.
Had a problem last night with Moho wanting to reactivate and unable to contact their server, that's resolved now.
During the process I checked for updates and after the message stating I was up to date all my Moho windows resized to a different resolution - much smaller.
I quit and rebooted and they went back to their normal size but the Tools had disappeared.

I have a set up on dual monitors, the lower being a Wacon graphics display.
I undock all elements I use.
On the lower screen I have the main drawing window and tools, undocked and on the right of the screen.
On the higher screen I have the Layers, Timeline, Library, Actions and interpolation dockers - these are all back in place.

If I dock my tools they appear in the normal place on the left of the screen.
If I undock them they're gone.
I wonder if they are trying to appear way off the screen.

I've tried moving my drawing window way to the left and use the top screen but still I cant make the tools appear.

I find it really awkward having them on the left.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this or am I going to have to uninstall and reinstall Moho?

You can try editing the settings by hand, by going to your user folder. In my case it is this one:
C:\Users\vipar\AppData\Roaming\Smith Micro\Moho Pro\12

There you can see the "Moho Pro12.user.settings" document

- Save a backup of that document (to have in case something breaks)
- Open the Moho Pro12.user.settings using Notepad
- Inside of the file, search for "ToolWnd_location"
- There will be two numbers next to it, change them to "1 1" (one space one)
- Save the changes, close the document and reopen Moho
- The Tools window should appear in the screen now (at top left). Move it wherever you want
- Close Moho (so it saves the new position in the user settings file) and open it again

I've never been inside program folders like that before so it was new and a bit nervous for me but worked straight away.
