Export Loading Bar Does Not Appear

I have never had this problem before with Anime Studio Pro 8.2. I'm exporting a 7 second animation into Quicktime PNG format. While the exporting is in progress, the loading bar does not move at all. I thought that this wouldn't be a problem as long as the export is still completed. However, when the final frame is previewed at the end of the export, the export does not complete itself! It just previews the final frame. After waiting a really long time, I had to close the window. The exported video file came out as damaged. I have tried re-exporting the animation, but the same problem persists.

I just now exported the animation a 3rd time and it was finally completed. The loading bar still does not appear though.
