Bone moving independent of keyframe?

I just ran into a new issue I haven't seen before. After a character's leg is flipped the leg bends, lifts the foot without any keyframes and seems to move away from the target bone I've added. Is this maybe an action issue? Link to rig attached... Any help would be huge, thank you!

Are you talking between frame 37 and 38?

I'm not seeing any bone pull away from a target.

I haven't seen it recently, but every once in a blue moon there do seem to be like keyframe "ghosts" left behind of old keyframes until you change layers or something that forces Moho to completely reevaluate the keyframes. So maybe it was just a temporary glitch, which likely wouldn't have exported with the animation anyway...as that would reevaluate the keyframes.
