Allow the tool box to be widened.

Post by Dodgy »

Should be fairly simple. I use a laptop and so I have little height but lots of width on my screen. This can make using the timeline a pain (either it's too thin to see many channels, or I have to keep opening it and closing it)

I removed the workspace section from the toolbox and several other little used icons to save space, so I can have more space for the timeline, but it'd be much simpler if I could widen the toolbox and it have 5, 6 etc icons wide instead of just 4.

Thanks,
Mike

I had the same problem once. I found that increasing the resolution on my monitor gave me 2 extra rows in the timeline.

I think 1024x768 is recommended but I like 1182x864.

Just for kicks. pick a resolution that isn't so low for the height. Try the 1152x864 or 1280x960.
