Usually before I do any animation, I like to do a storyoboard/animatic of the whole thing. Sometimes I skip frames for the proper tweening, and the animation would look goofy . I'd like to suggest having something like Screen Marker implemented into Anime Studio, which lets you draw on top of the canvas, but actually doesnt save it into the animation. It would be easier to draw a pose here without having to redraw it on a previous program.
I could just use screen marker to do this, but the sketch doesnt zoom in or out when I zoom on the canvas. and it would cause me to have to redraw it.

You may create new vector layer and use freehand tool to draw your guides..then just delete the layer when u done.
