solid All Cover Layer

I need Special Layer,Like Photoshop[New Layer-Solid].This Layer will be covered All workspace fill.
example,turn off existance "add mask(partial workspace)" and and make all over mask,I make Big-square object on New vector-layer(set clear and add mask).
I want not square object.
If possible.can set existance Style(Fill only,stroke is gray-out).Thanks.
