Moho Spanish translation
I read a product description on a package that was written in Spanish and saw the word "moho". It referred to 'mildew'. Now I'm curious to know where the "Moho" name came from?
Cheers, Larry

Yep, moho in spanish:
I don't remember well, but I have the idea this has been discussed before here and the official version (but I could be lying) was Moho is only a memorable word, no more than that.

My wife (girlfriend at the time) was taking a geology class. I was having trouble coming up with a name for the new program I was working on, so I opened up her textbook to a random page, put my finger on the page, and found this:

Thanks.
PD: there was a children tv show here in Chile called "Pipiripao" (which is a very strange spanish word), the story is almost the same.

I still like the name "Moho", the old icon and old website design. The whole design appeared more animation-ish to me and seemed more original. But an app doesn't perform on any of those. So no need to rant too much.
Also, "Moho" is a name for an extinct hawaiian bird. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hawaiian_Rail
