Sounds fantastic. Can I upgrade from ASP 9.5?

Exciting news! I'm glad to see these new features. They will add to a great reason to use Anime Studio over the competition. Getting a sneak peek at some of the characters that will be added from Victor as well as the ones that have been added over the years will provided a great content for newbies as well as those artistically challenged. I'm looking forward to the new upgrade.

I'm pretty excited to see how the frame by frame is implemented.

+1 on wondering about upgrading from 9.5.

Excited about the new version, but sad to see that the character designer has been left in a corner once more...

You guys narrowed the release all the way to next week, why not go all the way and tell us an exact release date? To this day, I never understood why you guys are so secretive about your releases. I know when the next Star Wars movie is going to release, but I don't have a release date for this program... I'm just saying that it's really, really weird that you guys do this kind of thing.

Check your mail, there's a very specific date in the last Smith Micro newsletter

May 27 is the official launch date. Officially confirmed via the marketing team.

By the way, Dkwroot, I actually wanted to thank you for taking the time to post up all of your requests and ideas. It provided the Anime Studio engineering team lots of inspiration.

The list looks really cool. Sound like it has most of what I requested

No comment on upgrading from 9.5? Should I be worried?

Would it be a smart move (financially) to upgrade to 10 prior to the release of 11?

I'm happy to have helped. As soon as I get an opportunity to try the new version, I'll make sure to give more suggestions and ideas. I think this next version is going to make the Flash and ToonBoom guys nervous.

I think they don't like to give out a release date because if they find out something is not working they can delay the date.
