I have had a problem since ASP 8, I upgraded to 9 and now I have 11 and the problem still exists.

When I move a character across the screen, their face looks jump and hard to see. The same happens if I move the camera, stationary objects look jumpy. I am not thinking it might be my video card which is a crappy onboard laptop card. Intel Graphics 3000.

Is this actually a graphics card problem?

can you post an example? it might just be your frame rate/export settings??

Are You talking about on screen realtime preview problem when you press the spacebar, or final render problem?

If its realtime preview, then yes, it is probably your graphics card that cannot keep up, but if its the final render, then it might be any sorts of problems!
