Re-position panels within MOHO workspace.

I am learning Moho 13 on iMac osx Mojave 10.14.5. is it possible to move panels to new positions within the workspace? - not as floating windows, but permanently re-positioned in another part of the workspace, as can be done in Animate CC. I prefer a workspace with the various panels permanently positioned where I need them, but not as floating windows. So far as I can see, this is not possible in Moho, which surprises me. Grateful for any tips about this.
