Hi, my computer just crashed and now I can't open Moho 12.5 anymore.
It says:

A fatal error occurred loading the application.
Reinstall this application to correct the problem. (Error -2023)
Quit

I have reinstalled and restarted the computer two times, but the error is still there. Do you have any idea about how to solve it?
Thanks!

Ok, I fixed it by using a software to remove every version of Moho I had installed and also clean the registry and every related folders.
Then I reinstalled 12.5 and now it's working again :)

Hi Victor,

I'm curious, what software did you use?

I'm not having this problem so asking just...in...case... :)

I just googled for one, so I can't recommend it seriously yet. It was "Revo Uninstaller Pro". I used a 30 days trial and it worked perfectly.

I use Ashampoo Uninstaller 8 myself.

Sometimes in windows you have to just delete everything not just uninstall it for it all to work again. The older windows it use to happen so often that I just used Norton to open the registry and delete things myself. Knock on wood haven't had any major problems since I got windows 10. ...but every time they give me an update (last night) I do get a bit paranoid. Glad to hear everything is OK.
