Checking on license to install on new computer

Hi,
I was wondering if there is a way to check how many of my active licenses for Moho 12 are in use currently? The reason I ask is that I just bought a windows notebook and I want to install Moho 12 on it. I already have it installed on my MacBook Pro but want to make sure that is the only computer. I might have mistakenly forgot to deactivate license years ago on my old MBP before I sold it (I reset OS so the buyer would not have access to program).
I went to the license manager but it just says Moho 12 with my license #, not how many licenses are currently in use.

PS: I'm assuming I can just download Moho 12 from the update page and install my license when I get my windows computer, right?
