GlueFace is the easyest way to let Lego minifigs talk.
The program - coded by David Cuny - can read data generated by Papagayo and use it to overlay animated, phoneme-based mouths onto a LEGO head. And naturally it will be lipsynced!
GlueFace is an "open program", what means you can create your own phonemes (mouth-images), or you just can download more phonemes in the gallery. And you don´t have to pay a cent for it.
