Nice informative article.
I sure you realize it, but now that Moho can export to Photoshop .psd layer files couldn´t one employ this same method to do coloring of characters animated in Moho???

Hmmmmmmmm......I have to experiment with it a bit. There are a couple of ways of looking at it - paint one character and animate it in Moho or just draw the outline of the character, animate it in Moho then color each character in each frame of the animation.
