The Ultimate Tool To Create HTML5 Animations & Interactive Web Contents.
Free to try and use for 30 days.
It looks really promising.

Wow -- it's really packed with features. Makes MotionArtist look very dated. Just downloaded it; I'll try it out later on. Thanks for the link.

Like Hippani Animator, this looks good for interactive web pages/games/presentations (but very limited for character animation).

From the screenshots I can see a nice basic set of vector shapes, but I don't see a vector Pen tool - can you create user-drawn shapes easily, or would you use SVG import?

This may be helpful for you guys; For the next two days only, you can get Saola animate for free. (1.x Pro only, no major updates, Windows only)
https://sharewareonsale.com/s/free-saol ... 0-discount
Tip: this is the link to apply the code once you have a free account: https://app.atomisystems.com/giveaway (it's not clear at the moment on the website).
Also sharewareonsale's installer's text about Saola is incorrect on the first window, it's about Nero MediaHome.

Thanks for the link! I did everything (a confusing process!) and opened the software after installation, and it's STILL not clear whether I actually have a 'Giveaway' licence or not... I hate it when companies make you play URL-TAG and at the end, you're still unsure.

I'm glad you've managed to get a copy.
At the top of the program it will show a trial message until you've successfully registered.
On the website, at https://app.atomisystems.com/giveaway it will show if you have redeemed the code.

I've been using Opus Pro from digitalworkshop, and Dreamweaver to create web animations. But it's good to try new things. This program looks good, but does require some Javascript skills to get the most out of it.

Now it's just a shame Moho doesn't export spritesheets. I've been looking at http://spritesheetpacker.codeplex.com/ and https://www.codeandweb.com/texturepacker to see if they can help.

Hmm. Even after doing all that, every time I fire up the program I get a little countdown notification at the top saying "You have" x " days of your trial left"... It just all feels like a con.

It all worked easy for me with nothing suspicious, at all, they are probably just looking for some ' word of mouth'. The installer was a bit 'shopfronty' but I was surprised after reading the 'con' post thit was actually so plain and simple - you did put the freebie code in?.
If I could make the point, that I've been using the free version of atomi active presenter for years, and it freakn rocks, free updates and no spam.
On that track record I was less suspicious of this mob.

...maybe it's just my suspicious nature then! Been looking at some tutorials and trying some stuff out -- it does look impressive. So many things to waste time on, and so little time to waste.

Totally...
Looks slick , I've only had a cursory glance so far, but the examples looked good.
