Beautiful drawings and a great fluid in the animation, you managed to create time for reflections.
Well accomplished!
Also very good music. :D

Touching, simple, subtle and fluid. There aren't enough animations like this.
You can't have everything. Where would you put it?

Lovely animation - great drawings and music... a complex idea delivered with simplicity well done!

Have you done anything else since?

(p.s. the description should be 'prize' not 'price' :))

thanks for the many compliments!
havent done a lot since school... but there are plans and good intentions for more!
i am trying to get a decent line in vectors now, to make the animation itself easyer. not easy.
-if you can't hit it, try to miss it-

You definitely should do more films.

This was really beautiful. Of course I could spot some imperfections or mistakes here and there, but this was more than balanced through your atmospheric paintings, the storytelling, and the overall good animation.

You have a hand for choosing interesting angles - it's an instant win if the world in a movie is not flat and rectangular. Good composition of shots. Good balance of detail and empty spaces. Clever simplifying where it was needed: the cars on the bridge. And i definitely like time lapse effects in animation ...

Beautiful animation. I am interested in this cut out style of animation, because it gives one the opportunity to use natural media if you are for instance a painter. It would be great if you could explain the process you used to create it in a little more detail.
