Looks great! I really like how you animated the different layers of clouds at different speeds.

As do I. However, I noticed a minor flaw in the parallax as the camera starts moving. The layer of clouds behind the mountains moves faster than the layer of mountains in front of it. I suppose the speed of the wind could be "cancelling-out" the influence of the parallax on the clouds when the camera moves, but I think it would make more sense to have the distant clouds moving the slowest out of everything in the scene.

Other than that, you've got a nice setup; the drawings are especially nice. Keep it up.
