I like the almost motion capture feel of some of those movements, hitting the sign and straightening it up, nicely integrated onto the desk as well.

Just a quick update to this. I've been following @themikeroberts on instagram, and he's been posting some very nice MOHO animations. And he inspired me to go back and add a little more post in after effects. I've added a rim light and a grad overlay to add a little more depth to the character.
