Our Process and the Bouncing Ball

Post by amanandink »

I have been wanting to do this for a while now and I finally got round to packing up the files. Although this tutorials deal with 5.6 only.

A little while back to help some animators we are working with to get used to working with Anime Studio Pro I created a couple of Tutorials and videos illustrating our process and how we work in the programme. I am now putting them out to the general public if anyone would like to download them.

First off was a very brief tour of the work area

Then there was the always present Bouncing Ball Tutorial

Finally for animators working on The Variety Show we created an animation test

All the Anime Files for the Videos are available from our Blog Posting Here, http://www.amanandink.com/09site/?p=455

I hope these come in useful to people out there, but just to stress, we have been using Anime Studio Pro seriously for about a year now, and for all intents and purposes we are pretty much self taught, although we have been working with David Rylander on a project and he has been of great help in developing our rigging and animation processes. But these are by no means the only or best ways to rig and animate in Anime Studio and I think it would be quite interesting to see how other people out there are setting up their rigs and files if they were interested in posting.

Also it would be great to hear some feedback, tips for our rigging or setup to improve it and general chit chat on the subject.

Thanks
Jer
