On this video (near 4'27), you can see how to move several keyframe at the same time. :
But when I tried, it didn't work as you can see:
If anyone have any idea on why it would be really welcome.

That video was for 9.2. In 9.5 you have to check the "Relative keyframing" checkbox at the top of the timeline.
