Is there a short way to write a name to the bone

Everytime I draw a bone, I have to go and click this part

and write a name. It is really a pin when you have hundreds of bones. Is there an easier way or a shortcut to add names immediately after adding bones?

There's a preference to auto-name new bones, but you'd have to modify the add bone tool to throw up a dialog if you want to name each bone as you create it.

A better option may be to copy bones from an existing rig that already has named bones.

If you literally have hundreds of bones, with the new file format it is now much easier to modify the .anime file directly with moderately simple programming.
