If you can't get the flickering resolved, avoiding the menus should be a workable solution. II personally don't use the menus very much. Instead, I use some keyboard shortcuts, but I also use my MQC button panel a lot. MQC has buttons for some of the more commonly used Menu commands. You can read more about it here:

It was designed to make Moho easier to use with a tablet but it works well with a mouse too. Note that the current version only works properly with Moho 12.4 (Win). There is a Moho 13 version included, but I recommend regressing to Moho 12.4 until Moho 13.5 comes out. (I'll make a new version of MQC when 13.5 comes out.)
