Oh yeah I've been playing with this for about a week. It is pretty cool but very VERY complex. It is one of those crazy node based texture makers.

I think it is geared more towards the 3D crowd since it makes creating bump, height and specular maps so much easier. It is harder to create those in photoshop from a color image.

i just started playing with it and it seems to
crash my cpu. amd 64 processor

For the price this is an exceptional application. A synthesizer of sorts that outputs at different resolutions. Yes for the 3D crowd but the output can be used for 2D applications as well......backgrounds etc. Really steep learning curve but tutorials are available.
Runs great on my HP with Athelon processer. A good program that fits into my work flow..(I'm a hobbyist)

For the price this is an exceptional application.
I thought it was free? It was free when I downloaded it.

Or... is that the point? ;)
