Just posting a random color study that I worked on yesterday:

Here is the original lineart. It's Headturn Girl, a character I used in a video tutorial, but this time she's wearing headphones. I spent 80 minutes on this "sketch" but it looks like a crappy 10 minute doodle:

I colored this in oekaki shi painter(a really fun, free web based drawing program which I have been using ever since I got my Wacom last year), and brought the image into photoshop for some quick digital editing. Those headphones turned into earmuffs because here in New York, it's freezing! And it also kinda doubles as holiday themed artwork. Maybe that's a stretch, but that's my excuse. Anyway right now I feel like drawing some sweaters and a furnace, it's c-c-c-cold!

I'm not sure how big those ears are, but I bet they're warm. Luckily they're not wearing headphones or they'd be deaf by now. Thanks for the comment Bupaje!
