Resizing flash movies

Is there an application to resize flash movies? or any methods?
They're vector-based, so resizing isn't necessary. Just increase the size of the embedded movie in the webpage.
Now, there are some actual dimensions in the file, but I don't know if there's a way to just change those numbers. As far as I know, they're completely ignored in favor of the dimensions you specify in a web page.
