Not animated, but worth to look at. It's all made from 2D paintings. I'd say unless you're going to create dense worlds like this, don't even bother to render in stereo.

I love this kind of thing! I use Hash Animation to make this. That site you found is incredible! I have tried to simply cut out and shift, but using a 3D program I was able to obtain more with using sphere shape mesh applied to round curvy object.

Now that is just plain nasty, looks like something done in Nuke, inflated stereo!

Where did I put that extra strength Tylenol bottle!
