Under the draw tab you have the option to lower and raise shapes etc.

Why are they not dark, but light grey, as in I can't use them.

I have tried selecting the shape etc.

I am working on one layer...

What am I missing here?

1. Shape must be created (filled) already.
2. Must be on frame 0 (this is not animateable).
3. Needs "select shape" tool (Q).

knew it was something simple, I tried going through the documentation but nothing under raise lower shapes
