Papagayo won't run on Thai Window PC

I have Papagayo on a UK PV and it works like a dream.
Tried to put it onto a PC running Thai Windoews and the program will not run at all. THe machine is configured so English is second language. Quicktime is also installed okay. This error is duplicated on another Thai PC.
The error message is
wxmsw26uh_vc.dll failed
ModVer 2.6.00
Offset 000450ea
Any ideas where the problem might llie.
