How do I make a smartbone that rotates 360º?

Hello!
I want to make a front vector character rig that is able to bend the forearms to left and right 360º with a smartbone action (visual example down below). Maybe it's a silly question but I didn't find anything about this. I can make two smartbone actions for the right side and the left, but then I cannot do the move of my example gif.

This is not 360º but I think you'll understand what I mean.
