Problems with source image links and video links in MOHO 13.5

When I open an old MOHO file with images and videos inside, all links from gather media are broken and I can not re-link them. I only can move those images to other place (desktop) and set the image source again. The videos in this project are in .MOV. Finally I could not use those .MOVE videos. I could change them for MP4 or AVI but is not the same quality
Is this normal in MOHO 13.5?

13.5 has a problem with any non-English letters in the path to any file or in the file name. 13.5 also dropped all 32bit support, which included QuickTime formats, like mov.
