Good, good, good news folks,

Fazek's 2d animation software (whom we know by his famous "Fazek Tools" script set for Moho) "FIRKA ANIMATION" is free now. It's an amazing piece of software for making classical hand-drawn animation.

Just downloaded this and skimmed through the documentation -- that is a very comprehensive manual. Does seem to have a wide range of features..
You can't have everything. Where would you put it?
