This is really good. I particularly like the fact that you can drag the guides around. It will be great when Guides, proper Grids and Snapping become built-in.

A tip for a non-Russian/non-<language> speaker like me. I use a Chrome extension called Caption Speaker to speak the captions in an English voice in real-time: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/deta ... ggghgoodce. It will read the captions out-loud, and is great for videos like this that have English subtitles (native or auto-generated).

Thanks! I made some tuning and now the Move Existing Guide and Delete Guide modes should work better.
Also, please keep in mind that the Antialiasing option must be enabled (Display Quality menu) in order for the guides to be displayed correctly.

I suggest you add a option to change overall guides width after creation.

I've been using this tool lately and thought I should share the following tip.

Sometimes when I zoom in and out of the workspace, the guides may disappear. I normally work with the Display Quality's Anti-aliasing option disabled, but when I enabled this option the guides became visible at any and zoom level.

So if you have a problem with the guides disappearing, make sure the Display Quality Anti-aliasing option is enabled.

Still very happy to have this too! This is so much easier than switching to a normal vector layer. Thanks again KuzKuz!

Hello. Just a small update.

1. You can hold alt and click on the "Create Guide" buttons to create a guide from the current layer center.
If there are selected points on the current layer, the guide will be created from the selection center.

2. The script should work much faster when it works with the existing guide layer. On creating and deleting the guide layer it will work as before.

3. Fixed undo for the "Delete Last Guide" function.

Version 1.2 has now been released.

1. A new feature has been added that allows for point selection while holding down the Ctrl key.
Additional selection can be made using Ctrl + Shift, and selections can be removed with Ctrl + Alt.

2. Improvements have been made to the guide preview. It now adapts more effectively to different viewport sizes when created.
