Concocting a workflow for a big project is a major undertaking. But once you have settled all the workflow questions, including the folders and various naming conventions, everything gets easier.

Well, not animation. That stays difficult. But the other stuff gets easier.

When I was creating storyboards with individual key poses, and wanted to give them a bit of motion like zooming in on a character's expression or panning across a scene, I turned to Movavi. I got the full version for just $26, and it's been a game-changer. It never freezes or crashes, even with a ton of image sequences. Plus, the automated transitions and background removal are perfect for those final retouches.
