Well, that wasn't it, but instead of using a pin bone, I set up two regular bones, one for left/right, one for up/down, and that seems to have fixed it.

I have a few questions: Which OS are you using? Are you using a mouse or a stylus/tablet? If you're using a tablet. which brand?

A few Mac users have reported an odd offset bones UI problem, and on Windows I've seen some minor selection issues when using various Wacom tablets and MS Surface Laptop Pro. (This might be with any tablet using Windows Ink...still checking other brands to be sure.) Just wondering if any of this is related.

I am on a Surface Pro laptop, using both the mouse and a stylus, depending on the situation.

Oh, cool! How do you like your device?

I started using the Surface Laptop Studio a few months ago. For the most part, Moho is working well for me on this tablet, though I did have some trouble at first with r-clicking to call up menus and pop-ups. I finally figured out I need to press the button before tapping, not point and click like I do when using a mouse.

TBH, it's probably always worked that way but I've been using a mouse in most my work this year and my muscle memory just forgot. (It works the same with Wacom devices.)

(This year I've had to cram learning Maya, Blender, and Unreal Engine all at the same time, and now my navigation skills in every animation program I use are all screwed up. And that's just with the mouse! D'oh!) 😸

For a while, I wondered if getting the Surface Laptop Studio was a mistake because the stylus doesn't have a middle-mouse button like the Wacom stylus does, but as I'm figuring out workarounds for that, I'm beginning to warm up to it.

The one thing that still REALLY annoys me about this laptop/tablet computer is how the hinge in the middle of the back of the screen folds when I open the laptop too quickly. It only opens properly when I raise the screen very slowly and carefully. Just wondering, is it the same for you?

Huh, no that isn't a problem for me at all. On mine I have to apply some pressure to get it to come out.

I am used to the stylus, but I only use it for drawing and things like that, rarely do I use it in Moho, only occasionally for drawing vector shapes. Trying to click on things with the stylus will drive you nuts. The clerk at the Microsoft store (back when those existed, sigh....) told me when I first bought it that I shouldn't try to use it to click on small check boxes and things. I still do, but that never gets easy. If Windows had something like Procreate I'm sure I'd use it tons, though.

That said, I love my Surface Pro. I've never had any problems with it, I love the keyboard. I got the dock with it so I have two external monitors and Midi and two external drives plugged into it. Nice!
