I want delay parameters and rebound on the target bone.

Post by mionorz »

Hello. :D
I like to use MOHO target bones to move my character.
My only complaint is that when I specify a target on the timeline, the bone immediately points in that direction.
This gives a rapid shock to the rig of the character.
I like the use of this movement, but it would be much easier to control if the concept of delay or ease in/out was added to the following movement. We can reproduce the slow approaching motion.

Also, if you set these attract parameters to negative, the target bones will move away from them as they approach.
based on the numerical magnitude of the parameter would be even more fun.

I personally don't see the need for a negative value for targeting, because adds a layer of complexity. I think the best way to implement is not adding a % value to the keys, but simply have the (parenting and targeting) keys tween. If you don't want stuff to tween, simply set the keys interpolation to step to get the old behaviour.
